Who we are
This website is operated by Axlron, a web design studio run by Alex Belu in București, Romania. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
Only two things.
- What you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your business name if you fill it in, the service you select, and your message.
- Anonymous usage statistics, and only if you accept them in the cookie notice: pages visited, approximate region, device type, and how you arrived at the site.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, any other personal data. We never buy contact lists and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer you. When you send the contact form, we use your details to reply and to discuss a possible project. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- To understand how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You give it by pressing Accept in the cookie notice, and you can take it back at any time.
Who else sees it
- Web3Forms receives what you type into the contact form and delivers it to our email inbox. It acts only as a delivery service.
- Google Analytics 4 receives usage statistics, and only after you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, no analytics script is loaded at all.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and routes our email. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs that include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site online.
These providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards set out in their own data processing terms. We use no other trackers: no advertising pixels, no social media tracking, no session recording.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart; they expire after up to two years. If you decline, nothing is stored beyond a single line in your browser remembering that you said no, so we stop asking.
To change your mind either way, clear this site’s data in your browser settings. The notice will appear again on your next visit.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries stay in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days, free of charge.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
